Innenbereich

A two-storey semi-detached log cabin built in 2018 in the new Levi South point area. The rent includes 2 ski passes in winter and 2 lift-tickets for Gondoli and Express lifts in summer. The apartment is a perfect fit for families with children, couples or a group of friends alike. Situated in the woods besides the southern slopes, it is undisturbed by the noise of Levi center but still easily accessible being only a 10-minute car drive away from Kittilä airport and 7 minutes from Levi center. Ski bus service leaves every 30 minutes during the winter season and conveniently takes you to the closest grocery store or to the heart of Levi centre. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen, bedroom with two beds, sauna, washroom, separate WC and small covered terrace. On the upper floor, a bedroom with 2 beds and another bedroom with 4 beds. Second bedroom with work desk and access to balcony. Additional sofa bed in the loft. WC also on the upper floor. Children safety gates at upper end of the stairs. Storeroom. Bluetooth speakers. Pets are not allowed (there have been pets before). The apartment offers a small selection of toys, books, board games and two sleds for outdoor-fun. In the winter, enjoy direct access to the sunny and family friendly southern slopes, and 2 restaurants via a 300m shortcut (SKI-IN/SKI-OUT). The restaurants’ sun-terrace is a perfect place to have lunch or afternoon coffee while watching the kids enjoy the snow. The sunny South Slopes are a perfect fit for the whole family: Smaller kids and beginners can get used to the skiing fun with the help of the poma lift and magic carpets on some of the easiest slopes of the skiing area. Older kids and more advanced skiers take the ride to the top with the 6-seater South chairlift equipped with heated seats and a bubble shell for extra wind protection. For rails and jumps, head towards almost kilometer-long South Park next to lift nr 9 or Junior South Park. In addition, cross country and snow-mobile tracks are only a stone-throw away (500 meters walking). In the summer, the apartment serves as a basecamp for numerous activities close by. Despite the northerly location, daytime temperatures can reach up to 20-25 degrees Celsius in July. Combined with the 24-hour sunlight this might make you want to explore the various water activities available, such as SUP boarding, rowing, canoeing or swimming at one of the two beaches of Levi. In addition to hiking and mountain biking, don’t miss the summer sled track experience or the Activity Park by the Gondoli2000 lift which guarantee fun-filled days regardless of age. The frisbee golf courses in Levi’s fells are open 24 hours a day, and the Express and Gondoli2000 lift also transport you up the fell where you’ll see Levi’s stunning scenery under the arctic summer sun which differs vastly from the winters snowy landscape. (2 LIFT TICKETS INCLUDED for the whole length of your stay!) The nearest ski slopes are South Slopes, 300 m distance by walking (shortcut), 800 m distance by car. The slope restaurants of South point serve in winter. Services of Levi tourist center 6 km. Kittilä Airport 9,5 km.
