Cozy row house apartment in a peaceful location near the center of Äkäslompolo village, right next to the Ylläskaltio Hotel. Built in 1990. Shops, restaurants, equipment rentals, and other village services are within walking distance. An excellent base for winter skiing and snowboarding holidays as well as summer and autumn hiking.

The apartment has an area of 30 m², plus a loft (13 m²). The combined kitchen/living room features a new, well-equipped kitchen with a wide range of cooking utensils. The living area includes a sofa and a dining set.

In the loft, there is a 120 cm wide bed and two 80 cm wide single beds. Please note, the loft is accessed via steep stairs.

The apartment includes a bathroom/WC with a drying cabinet and a private sauna with an electric stove.

At the entrance, there is a lockable ski storage specific to the apartment, where you can safely store skis, snowboarding gear, or other outdoor equipment. Guests also have access to a heated ski maintenance room, which is available for shared use free of charge. The waxing room has ski waxing tables.
