A modern cottage built in 2019 in the western Himos area, on a slope above the golf course. The cottage has two stories, and its terraces offer views of the golf course. The upper-level terrace features an open-air area as well as a glassed-in and covered section. Both areas are furnished with patio furniture. In addition, the cottage’s ground floor features a terrace with patio furniture and an outdoor hydro massage bath available for rent at an additional cost.

The entrance to the cottage is on the upper floor, which features a spacious living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining area seats ten people. The kitchen is equipped with two fridge-freezers, an induction stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and kettle, a toaster, and an electric mixer. The cozy living area also offers plenty of space for hosting a gathering.

The cottage has a total of five bedrooms, each with two beds. Three bedrooms are located upstairs and two downstairs. Downstairs there is a separate TV room with a TV, a spacious sofa, and a foosball table. The ground floor also features a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom with two showers, a separate toilet, and a toilet in the washroom.
