New stylish apartment in the center of Ylivieska, on the top floor of the building. The area of the apartment is 42 m², and it also includes a spacious glazed balcony. Pets are welcome in this apartment, but they are not allowed on beds or the sofa. Dagmarin Kulma was built in 2023. It features a living room/kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (140x190cm for two), and a sleeping alcove with a double bed. There is also an electric sauna, bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, and a dryer. The spacious glazed balcony has a sofa set for relaxation. The building's inner courtyard offers a parking space with the option for car heating or electric car charging. The apartment is not rented for party purposes. Key pickup takes place at Pirjon Pakari confectionery, which is located in the same building. The key can be collected during opening hours from Monday to Friday from 8.30 AM to 7.00 PM and on Saturdays from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM. If you are arriving outside of opening hours, please inform Pirjon Pakari confectionery (the phone number is provided in the instructions that will be sent to your email before your arrival), and the key will be placed in a numeric lockbox, the code for which you will receive by phone. You can also purchase Pirjon Pakari products at a 30% discount while staying in this apartment.
