In the yard, there is an atmospheric grill hut, and the terrace also has a gas grill. Steep stairs lead from the cabin down to the shore. The shallow shoreline has a sandy bottom. There is about 1 meter of water depth at the end of the pier. Wooded and sloped plot, with steep stairs leading to the shore. The cabin is situated high up, offering a good view of the lake.
