Welcome to an unforgettable active holiday in this 45 m² holiday apartment, built in 2016 and located on the ground floor of a low-rise building in the Sports Institute area. This bright apartment combines well-designed facilities with a convenient location, just 85 km from Highway Kehä III. The Sports Institute area offers a wide variety of activities and services, whether you're into outdoor recreation, sports, or simply relaxing in nature. The nearby Ruostejärvi Nature Recreational area is known for its clear waters and shallow sandy beach, ideal for swimming. You can reach the public beach by walking along a scenic lakeside path in just 15 minutes. There is also a private swimming spot approx. 150 metres from the apartment. The apartment features a living room/kitchen, a washroom with WC, one bedroom with two separate 80 cm wide beds, and another bedroom with an 80 cm wide bunk bed. While the apartment does not have its own sauna, guests have free access to the sauna in the main building’s gym every evening. Lakeside saunas are also available for rental at an extra charge. Access to the gym is included in the price. Other destinations: Forssa (21 km), Liesjärvi National Park (14 km), Torronsuo National Park (3 km), Vesihelmi Water Park (22 km). Final cleaning and bed linen (beds made) are included in the price. Ask at reception for more information about additional services such as restaurant and café options, equipment rental, sports facilities like padel and tennis courts, and lakeside saunas. Electric vehicle charging is available approx. 100 meters from the apartment, with 8 public K-Lataus charging stations (22 kW). Please note that check-out on the day of departure is at 11:00!
