Magnificent 45 m² holiday apartment, built in May 2019. Living room with sofa bed (140 cm wide) for two, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, electric sauna, shower, toilet. Air source heat pump (for cooling), high-speed wired internet connection. Partially covered terrace with wooden furniture. There is a communal barbecue area on site, as well as a wood heated 35 m² lakeside sauna with a lounge area. The lakeside sauna is for shared use with all apartments in the area and for both men and women simultaneously (it's not possible to book the sauna for private use). During winter time there is no running water and the water has to be carried to the sauna. Modern holiday apartment in the popular Kasnäs area. This comfortable destination offers an excellent alternative for those who require the best from their holiday. The marine environment, the archipelago-like atmosphere and the highly equipped apartment with quality furnishings guarantee a successful holiday.
