Here you live in a quiet and natural environment with only 520 meters to the beautiful Borgmästarviken beach, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim, beautiful sunsets and wonderful summer days by the sea. The house is surrounded by a large garden and an elegant paved patio in beautiful Öland stone - a perfect place for long breakfasts, barbecues and relaxing moments in the sun. The large windows blur the boundary between inside and outside and fill the house with light. Inside, a spacious and open living room awaits you where the kitchen, dining area and living room interact in a modern and social layout. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for pleasant dinners. The living room area offers a nice place to relax after the day's excursions. The house has two nice bedrooms. One is an incredibly beautiful bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a calming atmosphere. The second bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds. Electric car chargers are available for an extra charge. Bring your own sheets and towels. A cozy walk through the forest takes you to charming Stora Rör, where you will find nice restaurants, a harbor environment and a popular stone oven bakery. There are also nice tennis courts and a paddle court for those of you who want to be active during your vacation.
