People on the property: · The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time. Check in: · The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in.
